Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. “Dispatched” means your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak times and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location and start after dispatch. Here are the estimated transit times by region:

Please note: during peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. International orders may also face customs checks, extending the estimated timeframe.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It’s important to provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Incomplete details can result in delays or cancellations. If our system detects an issue with your address, our customer support team will contact you within 3 business days. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make changes, but modifications cannot be guaranteed after this timeframe.

Delayed Delivery

At Barefoot Harmony, we strive for fast delivery, but delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, or other transit issues. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the problem and keep you informed.

In rare cases, delays may also occur during processing because of product availability, address verification, or payment confirmation. If this happens, you will be notified promptly.

Please note that Barefoot Harmony is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, our team is always here to support and assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, Barefoot Harmony cannot control events during transit. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out via our Contact Us page. We recommend also contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they may request additional details.

We will follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you updated. While Barefoot Harmony cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to assist you. Depending on the situation, a replacement may be offered if the package is not recovered.
